The Therapist will provide high-quality care, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Free supervision hours support licensure goals.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure in North Carolina (LCSW or LCMHC).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight's supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to create a cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to provide comprehensive, continuous care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified timeframes with appropriate thoroughness and scoring, consulting with clinical leaders.
