Job summary

Guidelight Health in Waltham, MA is seeking a Clinical Therapist, pre-licensed or fully licensed, to deliver high-quality behavioral health services within our PHP/IOP program onsite. You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

The role offers supervised clinical hours toward licensure and ongoing professional development within our state-of-the-art PHP/IOP curriculum, with a supportive growth-focused culture

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW or LMHC).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of the supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and with appropriate thoroughness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Assess and identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Adhere to standardized curricula and treatment planning.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and behavioral issues.
• Prepare for weekly clinical supervision with client updates and case formulations.
