Job summary

Guidelight Health Inc is seeking a Clinical Therapist—Pre-Licensed or Full Licensed—to join our Waltham clinic onsite. You will provide high-quality behavioral health services, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to support patients toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Massachusetts state licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC) required.
• Must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision for associates.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and with proper thoroughness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews on length of stay and care level.
