Job summary

Guidelight Health in Denver, CO is hiring a Clinical Therapist, on-site Monday–Friday 8:30–5:00 MST, for pre-licensed or fully licensed clinicians. The role focuses on adult IOP/PHP populations with occasional coverage for adolescents, providing individual, group, and family therapy within a collaborative care team.

The position offers professional supervision toward licensure, supportive supervision hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Colorado state licensure (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT) required if applicable.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide evidence-based therapies (individual, group, family).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within required timeframes and with proper thoroughness.
