SOL Mental Health in Madison, WI seeks licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, support patients in crisis, and complete timely documentation.

The role offers structured support and tools, with a compensation range of $60,000–$100,000+ plus clinical hour-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and ample professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active independent license in NY (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team environment.

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
