Job summary

SOL Mental Health seeks licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team with the structure, support, and tools to do your best work.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with crisis interventions and precise documentation in a hybrid work setting. Competitive compensation and robust benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• EMDR certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)

• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
