Job summary

The Recovery Village Palm Beach is seeking licensed therapists to join our residential treatment team, offering a supportive environment and opportunities to impact lives through evidence-based care.

We prioritize time for patient care with AI-assisted documentation and provide competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible schedules (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern).
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• CPR and BFA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
