Job summary

The Recovery Village Palm Beach is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide individual, group, and family therapy within a residential treatment setting. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care for individuals in a structured program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field is required.
• Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern) preferred.
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.

Job Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting


• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans


• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation


• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress


• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)


• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field


• Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern)


• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred


• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset


• CPR and BFA Certification required.
