Job summary

The Recovery Village Indianapolis is seeking licensed or pre-licensed mental health professionals to provide individualized therapy in a residential treatment setting. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and lead group sessions while coordinating with medical and clinical teams to support patient progress.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed required with listed credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI).
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care.

Job Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
• Licensed or pre-licensed required

  • APC (Associate Professional Counselor)
  • LMSW (Licensed Master's Social Worker)
  • AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LCAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor)
  • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• CPR and BFA Certification required.
