Job summary

The Recovery Village Umatilla is seeking a licensed or pre-licensed mental health professional to join our residential program in Florida. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, perform biopsychosocial assessments, and help develop personalized treatment plans alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern).
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• CPR and BFA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI).
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
