Job summary

The Recovery Village Indianapolis is seeking a licensed clinical provider to deliver individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, while collaborating with medical and clinical teams to support patient progress.

Responsibilities include facilitating group sessions, documenting accurately with AI support, and assisting with discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed required (LCAC, APC, LMSW, AMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• CPR and BFA Certification required.
