Job summary

The Recovery Village in Umatilla is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our residential treatment team. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, perform biopsychosocial assessments, and collaborate with medical and clinical staff to support patient progress.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, with AI-assisted documentation and opportunities for supervision, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path for growth within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern).
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• CPR and BFA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
