The role emphasizes knowledge, presentation skills, and travel readiness (about 60%). A valid driver’s license and vehicle access are required, with credentials for hospitals and surgical centers necessary.

Qualifications

• Masters in Audiology or Au.D is required.
• Prior clinical and/or surgical experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated business or sales acumen is preferred.
• 60% travel expected; willingness to travel for territory coverage and training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with field and corporate teams.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Credentialing requirements for hospital and surgical center access must be met.
