Job summary

Cochlear, a leader in hearing health care, seeks an Associate Clinical Territory Manager to cover Austin and San Antonio. A Masters in Audiology or Au.D is required, with prior clinical or surgical experience preferred. Travel about 60% to support territory coverage and training will be necessary.

You will sell and demonstrate Cochlear products, collaborate with field and corporate teams, and build the territory business plan. Credentialing to access hospitals will be pursued as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Masters in Audiology or Au.D required.
• Prior clinical and/or surgical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated business or sales acumen preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~60% for territory coverage and training.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Cochlear's product portfolio.
• Sell, position, and demonstrate Cochlear features and brand benefits.
• Develop and execute territory business plan aligned with strategy.
• Collaborate with field and corporate teams to support customers and hospitals.
