Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking a Clinical Technician 1 to join the Progressive Care Unit in Leesburg, VA. The role is full-time, day shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

The position requires a High School diploma and BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). You will assist nurses and support patient care with strong communication and professional standards in a leading healthcare system.

Clinical Technician 1 - Job Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

Training

Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:

• Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
• Classroom-style sessions: 8AM - 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
• Virtual training modules.
• On-unit shifts

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Special Skills : Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds.
