Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking a Clinical Technician 1 to join the Observation Unit on a full-time night schedule. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision and support a fast-paced healthcare team in a community hospital setting.

This role requires six weeks of paid training with virtual orientations, classroom sessions, and on-unit shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement matching, and tuition support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
• Physical ability to lift at least 35 lbs.

Training :

Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:

• Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
• Classroom-style sessions: 8AM - 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
• Virtual training modules.
• On-unit shifts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills : Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
