Inova Fairfax Hospital - ICU - Neuro in Falls Church, VA is hiring a Clinical Technician I to join a dedicated team. The role is full-time nights, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM with rotating days, weekends, and holidays.

You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, communicate clearly with the care team, and uphold professionalism across the health system. Qualifications include a High School diploma and BLS certification within 90 days; proficient English communication;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
• Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.

• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and visitors.

Clinical Technician 1 - Job Responsibilities :

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.

Training :

• Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:
• Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
• Classroom-style sessions: 8AM - 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
• Virtual training modules.
• On-unit shifts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills : Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
