Job summary

The position supports rotating shifts, with weekends and holidays included. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

This schedule for this role will be | Full-time | Rotations | 6:00AM – 6:30PM & 6:00PM – 6:30AM | Rotating days, weekends & holidays |

Clinical Technician – Job Responsibilities

• To learn more about a day in the life of Clinical Technician,
• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• May perform additional duties as assigned

Training:

6 Classroom-style sessions located in Falls Church VA: 8AM – 4:30PM

1 Virtual Orientation Day: 9AM – 4:30PM

1 Virtual EPIC Training: 8AM – 4:30PM

Training dates are pre-set and non-negotiable; recruitment team will share further information.

• Current Inova Clinical Technicians & rehires under 1 year are exempt from CTA.

Your first week will be a required Monday – Friday schedule – regardless of your positions normal schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
