Inova Fairfax Hospital - Physical Rehab in Falls Church, VA is seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician to join the team. This full-time role operates on rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, including weekends and holidays.

Training

Clinical Technician Academy (CTA):

• 6 Classroom-style sessions located in Falls Church VA: 8AM - 4:30PM
• 1 Virtual Orientation Day: 9AM - 4:30PM
• 1 Virtual EPIC Training: 8AM - 4:30PM

Training dates are pre-set and non-negotiable; recruitment team will share further information.

Current Inova Clinical Technicians & rehires under 1 year are exempt from CTA.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills : Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
