Job summary

Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine is seeking a Clinical Applications Manager to own the clinical technology stack, including EHR, practice management, PACS, imaging, and interfaces across locations.

You will lead system upgrades, ensure data integrity, and drive adoption with clinicians and staff while coordinating vendor partnerships and projects that improve patient care and provider productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience administering EHR and practice management systems in ambulatory/outpatient settings.
• Experience with PACS, DICOM, and medical imaging workflows in clinical environments.
• Experience with clinical interface engines (HL7) or interoperability tools.

Responsibilities

• Own EHR and Practice Management system administration across locations.
• Manage PACS, imaging connectivity, data quality, and interoperability.
• Lead clinical technology projects from planning through adoption.
• Develop technology standards, SOPs, and governance across locations.
• Design training programs and drive user adoption of new tech.
• Oversee hardware standards and vendor relationships; coordinate deployments.
