Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, VA seeks a Clinical Technician for the Emergency Department. This full-time mid-shift role runs 11am–11pm, Monday–Friday with weekends rotated. The incumbent provides routine patient care under RN supervision and participates in team-based care and education.

The role emphasizes effective communication with health team members, patients and families, plus ongoing professional development and unit education support.

Competenze

• Certification - Basic Life Support within 3 months; Heart Saver for employees hired prior to April 22, 2019
• Licensure - None Required
• Education - High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience - 1 year of acute care experience as a Clinical Tech or clinical rotation with an accredited nursing program and/or 2 years of nursing school

Inova Loudoun Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Technician to join the Emergency Department Team.

This role will be full time mid shift; Monday - Friday, rotating weekends, 11am-11pm

The Clinical Technician 2 provides direct care to patients whose care requirements are routine and standardized, with predictable outcomes, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Communicates effectively and work cooperatively with others Serves as a unit preceptor and superuser for all new Clinical Technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

Shift: Mid Shift 11a-11p

Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts per week (with every other weekend rotation)

Training: Ideal candidate must be able to attend a 6 week training course

Minimum Qualifications:
