Concierge Home Care in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Clinical Team Support (Scheduling Coordinator) to manage daily home health scheduling and ensure timely, accurate communication between patients and clinicians.

In-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, the role offers growth opportunities, competitive hourly pay, three weeks PTO (rising to four), quarterly bonuses, health/dental/vision, HSA, EAP, and additional perks like pet insurance.

• Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes.
• Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR.
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.

Your Role as Clinical Team Support

In this role, you will support daily clinical operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities include:

Compensation: negotiable, based on experience
