Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a medical/dental office.
• Medical supervisory experience required.
• Related experience in a Community Health Center.
• Experience in medical assisting, front desk, behavioral health, clinical services, or nursing.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Directs supervision, coaching, development and performance management of Medical Health Center Team.
• Manages Epic templates – day to day schedule changes and oversees the administration and scheduling of providers.
• Maintains provider schedule/calendar and on-call schedules.
• Maintains accurate provider templates and listings of clinical services.
• Provides high quality customer service to patients, providers, employees, and external partners.
• Ensures confidentiality and privacy of patients and staff.
• Develops training plans and ensures core competencies are met.
• Deploys employees to meet center operational needs.
