Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a Lead Patient Care Coordinator to blend hands-on patient care with operational leadership, ensuring exceptional clinic performance and patient experience in a fast-paced multispecialty setting.

The role crosses between patient-facing activities and daily clinic operations, mentoring staff, and collaborating with providers and regional leadership to support value‑based care goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Coordinator required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a podiatry or orthopedic clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Patient Care Coordinator and Medical Assistant duties as needed
• Lead daily clinic operations, staffing coordination, and workflow management
• Serve as subject matter expert for Upperline Plus enrollment and workflows
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support non-provider clinic staff
• Lead clinic huddles and promote strong communication and accountability
• Monitor and drive performance metrics and patient experience outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards
• Support regional initiatives and provide coverage at nearby clinics as needed
