Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of clerical experience.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Computerized staffing/scheduling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and support daily Home Health and Hospice operations.
• Manage documentation and assist with medical supplies and equipment.
• Answer phones and help patients, families and providers.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialist RNs, clinicians and support staff.
