CentraCare Health in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse for Hospice care to coordinate and oversee patient care delivered by the clinical team. You will serve as a clinical resource to support staff and promote independent practice, while maintaining patient- and family-centered care aligned with safety and quality standards.

This full-time role may require varied schedules due to 24/7 operations, including shifts, and is based in Redwood Falls and Willmar as needed.

Formación

• Graduate from an RN program. Bachelors or Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse License.
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Hospice and knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication skills both orally and written essential.

Summary

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Due to 24/7 operations, this role may require participation in varied schedules, including mandatory shifts.

Schedule

• Fulltime position | 80 hours per two weeks| Salaried position | no on-call shifts
• Typically, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
• Working from Redwood Falls and Willmar

Pay and Benefits

• Starting salary begins at $96,283 annually and increases with experience
• Full salary range: $96,283 - $144,414 annual salary

Qualifications
