• Triages phone calls and processes physician orders as appropriate for licensure/certification.
• Uses electronic health records (EHR) to communicate with internal/external customers.
• Assigns patient visits and updates staff schedules in the EHR.
• Obtains referrals and assigns team members based on region and availability.
• Collaborates with leadership to prioritize visits and adapt to staffing changes.
• Generates and distributes team reports as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
