CentraCare Health in Redwood Falls, MN, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Hospice care. This full-time, salaried role supports patient and family-centered care, coordinating clinical staff and resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include overseeing patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering compassionate service while advancing professional development. Schedule typically Monday–Friday, with occasional varied shifts due to 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an RN program.
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Hospice and knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication skills both orally and written essential.
• Knowledgeable in computer-based data entry.

Schedule

• Fulltime position | 80 hours per two weeks| Salaried position
• Typically, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Pay and Benefits

• Starting salary begins at $96,283 annually and increases with experience
