Lorian Health in Sacramento is seeking a strategic Senior Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for licensed healthcare professionals across our growing organization. This role focuses on building relationships, sourcing top talent, and partnering with leaders to drive workforce planning and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting licensed healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of licensure, credentialing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions from requisition through onboarding.
• Recruit licensed healthcare professionals including RNs, LVNs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, SLPs, MSWs, HHAs, and other roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks, referrals, Boolean searches, and passive outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified clinical talent to support hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, workforce planning, and anticipated needs.
• Forecast recruiting activity based on growth, turnover, census, and operational demands.
• Provide market insights and recruiting strategy recommendations to leaders.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Verify licensure, certifications, and qualifications while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, credentialing, onboarding, and leaders to ensure a seamless process.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Lorian Health at events and recruiting initiatives.
• Strengthen employer brand across recruiting platforms.
• Recruit for additional clinical and non-clinical positions as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions from requisition through onboarding.
• Recruit licensed healthcare professionals including RNs, LVNs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, SLPs, MSWs, HHAs, and other healthcare roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks, referrals, Boolean searches, and passive candidate outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified clinical talent to support current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, workforce planning, and anticipated hiring needs.

• Analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Lorian Health at networking events, career fairs, and recruiting initiatives.
• Strengthen Lorian Health's employer brand across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Recruit for additional clinical and non-clinical positions as business needs require.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle healthcare or clinical recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting licensed healthcare professionals including RN, LVN, PT, OT, SLP, MSW, and other clinical positions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare licensure, credentialing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience recruiting within home health, hospice, hospital, outpatient, or other healthcare environments.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and consultative recruiting skills.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and reports to drive hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health or hospice recruiting experience.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar ATS platforms.
• Experience developing recruiting dashboards and workforce planning reports.
• SHRM, HRCI, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter certifications.
