Job summary

U.S. Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Clinical Talent Operations Partner – Recruiting Programs to develop and implement recruitment program strategies that attract top clinical talent across our regions. This role supports governance and outreach activities for clinical program recruiting.

The ideal candidate will manage candidate workflows, build strong relationships with programs and hiring managers, and ensure compliant, timely hiring processes across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in recruitment or program management preferred.
• Healthcare background preferred.
• Previous experience in clinical recruitment preferred.
• Solid attention to detail is a must.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems such as iCIMS, Beamery, or Workday is ideal.
• Strong Excel skills for data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with programs and their graduates.
• Builds pipeline of clinicians through regional recruitment efforts and events.
• Leads calls with regional recruiters to coordinate new grad candidates.
• Tracks candidate activity in the applicant tracking system from start to finish.
• Interviews candidates to assess fit, experience, and licensure requirements.
• Collaborates with clinical hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Communicates timely and professionally with candidates throughout the process.
• Delivers a strong candidate experience by providing insights into role fit and company context.
• Plans and attends recruitment events for the organization.
• Maintains knowledge of federal and state employment laws and guidelines.
• Enriches candidate files in Beamery with updated information.
