Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across our multi-site network. You will partner with leaders to define roles, develop comprehensive sourcing strategies, and manage the candidate journey from posting to onboarding.

Responsibilities include leveraging market intelligence, maintaining a strong candidate experience, and delivering on KPIs such as time-to-fill while ensuring HIPAA-compliant processes across our sites.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in full life cycle talent acquisition.
• Healthcare or clinical research recruitment experience.
• Physician recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition by partnering with business leaders.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies from requisition through onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates using market intelligence and analytics.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliant, timely hiring processes.
