Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top clinical and non-clinical staff across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, plan workforce initiatives, and build robust pipelines to reduce time-to-fill for all positions.

You will develop creative sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment cycle, and stay informed about workforce trends and sourcing techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related experience required.
• 2 years of recruitment and direct sourcing or equivalent experience within the Healthcare industry required / Physical Therapy preferred
• 1 year of HR experience within a healthcare organization highly desired
• Experience working with an ATS preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs in partnership with hiring managers.
• Assist with development of recruitment strategies.
• Work with Marketing to increase brand awareness among potential recruits.
• Manage full life cycle recruitment process.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build high quality candidate pipelines.
• Attend career fairs and recruitment events.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners to address local challenges.
