Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven ability to recruit clinical professionals and build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-priority clinical roles.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for nursing, behavioral health, allied health and other clinical areas.
• Engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing strategies and market insight.
• Partner with clinical leaders to tailor recruitment strategies to workforce needs.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events to attract qualified candidates.
