Job summary

The Indiana University School of Dentistry seeks a Clinical Systems Specialist to provide technical and operational support for clinical and imaging systems across patient care, education, and clinical operations. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with system administration and maintenance, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and vendors to resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field preferred: computer science, information systems, or related.
• Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver customer-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for clinical and imaging systems.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, workflow, and connectivity issues impacting care and education.
• Assist with system administration, documentation, training, and end-user support.
• Develop and update SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Collaborate with vendors and IU teams to resolve complex system issues.
