Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) in the United States seeks a Supervisor to oversee Clinical Support Specialists and Housing Stabilization Specialists, coordinating clinical services for residents and maintaining case-work quality.

The role involves on-site coordination, supervision, and collaboration with project managers and community partners to develop Integrated Service Plans and ensure housing stability for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or management track.
• Two years of relevant work experience in human services, preferably with homelessness or related issues.
• One year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Current credential as Agency Affiliated Counselor or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Clinical Support Specialists and Housing Stabilization Specialist.
• Oversee documentation standards related to quality and frequency.
• Hire and orient Clinical Support Specialists and Housing Stabilization Specialists.
• Provide on-site service coordination with a small caseload.
• Support Residential Counselors in milieu therapy, crisis management, and daily building operations.
• Develop Integrated Service Plans with residents and community case managers.
