Job summary

Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) seeks a Project Manager to lead the HOST program operations, supervise the HOST Clinical Supervisors and Peer Supervisor, and ensure effective outreach, engagement, and transition services for people experiencing homelessness.

You will oversee staffing, documentation, reporting, budgeting, and contractual compliance, collaborating with shelter partners, DESC programs, and long-term behavioral health providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related behavioral science.
• Two or more years of experience in community-based behavioral health services.
• One or more years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to drive and obtain WA license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HOST operations across multiple service locations with staffing and service delivery oversight.
• Oversee client screening, enrollment, assessment, service delivery, and transitions.
• Collaborate with supervisors and leadership to improve workflows and coordinate with partners.
• Provide leadership for urgent operational and safety concerns.
