Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a candidate to support the Nursing department by ensuring timely and accurate tracking of Plan of Treatment documents within medical records software. You will maximize contact with providers to obtain signatures, fax POTs to prescribers, and track details in the electronic medical record, ensuring compliance and care continuity.

The role is full-time, with anticipated 40 hours per week, and offers a base hourly rate in the salary range above with eligibility for CVS Health

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience coordinating activities, administrative support and customer service.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent detail orientation and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescriber offices to obtain fax numbers or prescriber emails.
• Fax nursing Plan of Treatments to prescriber fax or email address.
• Track Plan of Treatment details in the patient’s electronic medical record.
• Q and A of Plan of Treatment documents.
• Obtain provider signatures on Plans of Treatment.
