Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience coordinating activities, providing administrative support and customer service.

• Excellent detail orientation and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescriber offices to obtain fax numbers or prescriber email addresses by phone.
• Fax Plan of Treatments to the appropriate prescriber fax number or email address.
• Track Plan of Treatment details in the patient’s electronic medical record.
• Provide Q&A support for Plan of Treatment documents.
• Obtain provider signatures on Plans of Treatment.
