Job summary

Coos County Family Health Services (CCFHS) in Northern New Hampshire seeks a compassionate Clinical Support Staff member (Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN) to join our mission-driven team.

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive care to patients of all ages, with strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with computers to ensure accurate documentation and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Current NH licensure in MA, LPN, or RN with active status.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong computer skills, including EHR use and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Commitment to serving diverse populations in community health.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits: vital signs, history, screenings.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer immunizations and medications per standing orders.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens; perform point-of-care testing.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in a clean, organized manner.
• Enter patient data and visit notes in the EHR per standards.
• Assist with care coordination, follow-up, and outreach for preventive care.
• Use scheduling, secure messaging, and reminders for patients.
