Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and providing account customer service throughout their territory by achieving key sales metrics prescribed by the Market President.
Essential Functions
- Guide growth opportunities throughout territory for both in-person and telehealth services. (minimum 10 qualified centers quarterly)
- Drive revenue growth, both short & long-term, through sales and operational efforts.
- Makes phone calls or conducts in person/virtual meetings with customers.
- Maintains existing caseload saturation above 30% throughout assigned territory.
- Account and relationship management of key partners.
- Develop sales and marketing initiatives with positive impact on growth.
- Work with company to better organize data and details used in CRM tool and marketing databases.
- Prospect, market and conduct sales calls to prospective SNFs, ALFs and chain headquarters.
- Prepare marketing materials and sales presentations based on company guidelines to be used in sales efforts.
- Conduct meetings/calls/Demos via televideo, direct sales, and customer engagement webinars for existing and new SNF clients as needed.
- Market and sell existing SNF customers on MediTelcareGo! platform through meetings and calls.
- Customer Retention and Service:
- Calls and customer engagement, recording into and using Company CRM tools.
- Attend SNF meetings as an agent of the company to troubleshoot and participate on behalf of MediTelecare.
- Travel up to 70% of the time for customer engagement, sales presentations, and deal closing.
- Meet performance metrics as prescribed by the CEO.
Education, Experience, and Licensing
- Minimum College Degree or relevant experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years in a healthcare setting; skilled nursing experience preferred.
- 3-5+ years in a multi-state sales role with success in securing large contracts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience with online healthcare tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and PHI regulations.
