We are seeking a skilled, experienced Certified Hand Therapist to join our team on a part-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will serve as a team member to our sales representatives as a Train-The-Trainer, providing mostly remote clinical demonstrations and in-service training at VA hospital clinics and other healthcare facilities. This role involves practical and clinical guidance on the use of Carbonhand, product training, and general support in educating clinicians and patients about the benefits of Carbonhand. The work will mostly be done remotely, but travel for in-person activities, both within and outside the state, will also be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical demonstrations and in-service training sessions at various healthcare facilities.
• Provide practical and clinical guidance on the use of Carbonhand to clinicians.
• Train sales representatives on product features and benefits.
• Support and educate clinicians and patients on the therapeutic benefits of Carbonhand.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective implementation of Carbonhand in clinical settings.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist or Hand Rehabilitation Specialist.
• Extensive clinical experience in hand rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in training and educating healthcare professionals and patients.
• Work experience with patients who have neurological conditions such as TBI, SCI, ALS, or Stroke is beneficial.
