Job summary

OnePeak Medical invites applications for a Clinical Support Coordinator in Grants Pass, Oregon. This role supports multiple positions in the office, covering duties from medical assisting to front desk coordination, under management guidance.

You will help prepare exam rooms, collect vital signs, manage charts, and assist providers with chart notes and test results. Training ensures proficient EHR/EPM maintenance and readiness for out-of-town trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMA certification preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in covering multiple roles within the office as trained and coordinated with management/administration.
• Perform administrative tasks including phones, scheduling, data entry, and front desk duties.
• Room patients, take vital signs, review systems, and assist with chart entry and notes.
• Support Medical Providers with inbox management, Rx refills/faxes, and lab/test result communication.
• Maintain EHR/EPM processes and assist with training as needed.
