Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator for Grants Pass, OR to assist in covering medical assistant duties, front desk tasks, and office coordination. You will train to cover multiple roles and ensure smooth patient flow across exam, lab, and administrative areas.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vitals, charting, scheduling, and coordinating with providers. Requirements: high school diploma, 1+ year healthcare experience, BLS/CPR, and CMA preferred;

Qualifications

• High school graduate degree or equivalent - required
• 1+ years of experience in a comparable healthcare setting - required
• Current BLS and/or CPR/AED Certification - required
• Recent front desk reception or scheduling experience in a medical office - preferred
• Medical billing & insurance payor knowledge - preferred
• CMA certification preferred - preferred
• Nutrition therapy or CPT certification - preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in covering medical assistant duties for selected provider(s) and office areas
• Train to cover all areas within the office including lab and front desk as needed
• Room patients and record vital signs, history, and review of systems
• Prepare, clean, and maintain exam, lab, and treatment rooms and autoclave instruments
• Enter chart data into the patient’s medical record and prep notes for providers
• Support inbox and Rx refills/faxes in a timely manner
• Perform day-to-day admin functions and scheduling duties at the front desk
• Call patients to confirm appointments and verify payment methods
