Job summary

EventusWholeHealth in the United States seeks a Clinician Support Specialist to assist the clinical care team, coordinate workflows, and enhance communication among patients, providers, and care teams.

The CSS will support Advanced Practice Clinicians, manage encounters, telehealth visits, schedules, and documentation, delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced skilled nursing or assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT highly preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred; medical scribing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information, docs, and schedules.
• Support clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate and maintain patient schedules including admissions and discharges.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families.
• Assist with triage needs and documentation per clinician guidance.
• Organize clinical documentation including labs, diagnoses, and records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Obtain and route patient consents and documentation appropriately.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate care updates.
• Assist discharge planning and maintain census accuracy.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively.
