Eventus WholeHealth in North Carolina is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to assist the clinical care team and coordinate workflows for high-quality patient care. You will work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff to enhance communication between patients, providers, and care teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or CNA/PCT preferred.
• At least one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds by ensuring all necessary patient information, documentation, and schedules are ready in advance
• Support clinicians in delivering care by assisting with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation
• Coordinate and maintain accurate patient schedules, including updates for admissions, discharges, and acute changes
• Serve as a liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support communication and quality care delivery
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician
• Organize and manage clinical documentation, including lab results, diagnostic data, and patient records
• Host and support telehealth visits for both routine and acute care needs
• Obtain and process patient consents and ensure proper routing of documentation
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team
• Support discharge planning and ensure accurate patient census and records
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively within partner facilities
