Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of clinical workflows and patient care environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients in person and via telephone in a professional, courteous manner.
• Registers patients by collecting and verifying demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Schedules appointments, tests, and referrals per clinic protocols.
• Documents patient interactions and test results in the EMR.
• Obtains and records vital signs, and collects patient history for provider evaluation.
• Performs point-of-care testing under supervision and ensures quality control.
