Job summary

You will document encounters in the EMR, relay test results, and assist in obtaining vital signs under supervision. The role requires BLS and MA certification within a year and offers full-time hours 8AM–5PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or two years of relevant work experience.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a healthcare-related program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and MA certification within one year of hire (as per policy).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and by phone in a professional, courteous manner.
• Register patients by collecting and verifying demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Schedule appointments, tests, and referrals per clinic protocols.
• Communicate patient messages to providers for timely follow-up.
• Document interactions and test results in the EMR accurately.
• Obtain and record vital signs and collect patient history under supervision.
• Perform point-of-care testing following protocols and quality controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe clinical and administrative environment.
