Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to support perioperative services, EP lab, and radiology. You will assist in inventory control, establish reorder points, and coordinate with vendors for loaner/consignment products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 1+ year in OR/supply chain, strong Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of healthcare materials management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field.
• 1 year of Operating Room/Supply Chain/Sterile Processing experience.
• Knowledge of Clinical Supply/Materials Management operations.
• Strong inventory-control management skills (3+ years).
• Active membership in relevant professional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate re-ordering, restocking, and discrepancy reconciliation with Nursing Leadership.
• Create implant POs (Bill Only, Consignment, Manual/Rush, Special Requests, No Charge).
• Verify vendor consignment replenishment against on-hand inventory and OR usage.
• Create Patient Supply Requests for implants (consigned and non-consigned).
• Maintain invoices, packing slips, and POs for consignment products.
• Schedule vendor appointments and verify attendance with Nursing.
