Intermountain Health is seeking an Inventory Management professional to oversee stock and distribution for assigned departments. You will manage par levels, coordinate deliveries, and liaise between Supply Chain and clinical programs to ensure equipment and supplies are readily available.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, with experience in healthcare supply handling and basic office software.

Qualifications

• Six Months of related Materials Management experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and speak English clearly, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand customer communications.
• Experience using basic word processing, spreadsheets, internet, e-mail, and scheduling applications.
• Experience in a role requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability.
• Demonstrated ability to visually inspect boxes, packing slips, computed reports, and like objects.
• Demonstrated ability to use a pallet jack and other materials handling equipment (e.g., hand truck, carts).
• Experience in a role working with healthcare supplies.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory control on stock and non-stock items for assigned units, keeping supplies binned and organized.
• Orders and delivers supplies for the department using appropriate technology, systems, and suppliers.
• Communicate information concerning supply levels, new products, standardization, and implementation relevant to the department staff.
• Responsible for Par Location Management, PIRS Replenishment, Location Maintenance, Delivery, Label maintenance and Kanban visuals.
• Monitors quantity on hand, reconciling and solving discrepancies.
• Uses the SCIS system to manage distribution, inventory, receiving, and reports.
• Ensures compliance with policy and SOPs.
• Reviews daily, weekly and monthly reports for assigned locations.
