Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of related Materials Management experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and speak English clearly and follow instructions.
• Experience using basic word processing, spreadsheets, internet, e-mail, and scheduling apps.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability.
• Ability to visually inspect boxes, packing slips, and reports.
• Experience using pallet jack and other materials handling equipment.
• Experience in a role working with healthcare supplies.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory control on stock and non-stock items for assigned units.
• Orders and delivers supplies using appropriate technology, systems, and suppliers.
• Communicate information concerning supply levels, new products, standardization, and implementation.
• Responsible for Par Location Management, PIRS Replenishment, Location Maintenance, Delivery, Label maintenance and Kanban visuals.
• Monitors quantity on hand, reconciling and solving discrepancies.
• Utilizes SCIS system to manage distribution, inventory, receiving, and reports.
• Ensures compliance with policy and SOPs.
• Reviews daily, weekly and monthly reports for assigned locations.
